By accessing and using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to our services.
1. Service Agreement & Term
1.1. By signing up for our dog waste removal services, you agree to enter into a service contract with Cape Cod Dog Waste Removal for a minimum period of two (2) months.
1.2. This Agreement automatically renews on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.
1.3. All service contracts begin on the date of your first scheduled service and remain in effect for at least two (2) full calendar months from that date.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Customers must pay for the first two months of service in the increments of the service plan selected at the time of sign-up.
2.2. Payments for ongoing service will be billed on the same schedule as the selected service plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination, subject to additional fees for late payments.
3. Service Availability
3.1. Our services are provided on the agreed-upon schedule based on your selected plan.
3.2. If inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent service on a scheduled date, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same week.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property for scheduled service visits.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1. Customers may cancel their service after completing the initial two-month period by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours written notice before the next billing cycle.
4.2. If a Customer cancels before the initial two-month period is completed, no refunds or prorated adjustments will be issued.
4.3. To cancel service, Customers must submit a request via email to scoopcapecod@gmail.com advising of the requested cancellation.
5. Liability & Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Cape Cod Dog Waste Removal is not liable for any damage to lawns, landscaping, or outdoor structures caused by normal service operations.
5.2. Customers must ensure that their pets are properly restrained or indoors during service visits.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of aggressive pets, hazardous conditions, or other safety concerns.
6. Modifications to Terms
6.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
